·           Development of subsystems that interface with, but required minimal modifications to the existing systems.  The developed subsystems include rental inventory and tracking, master production scheduling, time card entry, and product quotation. Most of the developed subsystems interface with the various ASK (Computer Associates) systems ( i.e. MANMAN and OMAR). I was responsible for some or all of the following on every project: analysis of user requirements, database design, ASK interface design, program specifications and coding. All but one of these projects lasted one year or more.

·           Developed a utility to copy data from an existing database to another database for testing purposes.  This system would accept a specific value (a sales order or a part number) and dynamically locate all references to that piece of data.  For example: enter a sales order number and the program would locate and copy all sales order line item information, customer information, the associated bill of material and routings and the component part numbers’ purchasing information.

·           Extensive modification of the various ASK systems.

·           Conversion of data from legacy system to SAP.

·                                        Developed several PC applications utilizing PARADOX for WINDOWS: An automotive repair and tracking system, a custom quotation system, and an archival system of all ASK databases.
